How doodleism works?

1. If you want a custom portrait of your family, friends, colleagues, you just have to find the custom item with the number of people that match with your portrait and choose the number of pets you have in the drop-down menu. For example, if your family is made up of two adults, two kids and two pets, you should look for the portrait of a family of 4 and choose the option with two pets from the drop-down menu.

2. After receiving your order, I'm gonna write to you to give instructions to send the pictures and details. I'm just gonna need a couple of photos of the characters that are gonna appear in the portrait to capture people's essence. You can also send me pictures of clothes or special details, like jewelry, watches, etc, that you would like that I include in the portrait to make it more special. You can also ask for including a date, names or some phrase. They have no charge!

3. Once I've received the pictures and the payment, I'll schedule your portrait. My current turnaround time is 7 weeks. If you are in a rush, please, contact me before placing the order and I'll try to find a solution. When the illustration is ready I'll send it to you so you can ask for any changes if you think they are needed.

4. When you are totally happy with the portrait, I'll send a high res file so you can print it by yourself. If you want me to print and ship it for you, you shoudl add one of these printed options

Payment Methods 

 In my online store you can choose between several payment methods:

 - PayPal and PayPal Credit, one of the most popular and safe ways to pay online. If you have an account you know how it works but you can use this method even if you don't have it and pay with your credit card. 

 - Credit or Debit Card. You can use your credit card through the payments platform Stripe. 

 - Venmo, you can make your payments through this app used by millions of people. You should have Venmo app installed on your mobile. 

All of them are really safe and in any case I have access to your bank information because it's encrypted.

Shipment

Most of my items are delivered as digital files, but if you add to your cart the printed options, I'll print and ship your portrait the next day or two after you are totally happy with your portrait.

Cancelations and returns

I don't accept returns on the printed items and I only accept cancellations of orders that I've not started working on and in the next 30 days after the purchase was made. So if you've already sent the pictures and your portrait is scheduled, I'm sorry but you can't cancel it. You can save it for another occasion, use it with other people or even get a gift certificate to give it to someone else.
