When I’m going to receive my order?

My current turnaround time is . If you need it earlier, you can check the RUSH options. Please, contact me before placing your order to check availability. 

How I send the pictures?

When I receive your order, I’ll email you asking for pictures and details. You can send them by email, wetransfer, dropbox or google drive. 

What kind of pictures do you need to make the portrait?

I’m gonna need a couple of photos of the characters that are gonna appear in the portrait to capture people's essence. Headshot pictures, to see well their faces, and full body pictures, to get an idea of highs and proportions. You can also send me pictures of clothes or special details, like jewelry, watches, etc, that you would like that I include in the portrait to make it more special.

I don’t have a picture of all the people of my portrait together, can I send separated pictures?

For sure! I’ll manage to draw all of you together :)

How many copies are included in the save the dates or wedding invitations?

The save the dates and wedding invitations come digital, so you should print them by yourself. I don’t offer them printed at the moment. 

I want to order save the dates or wedding invitations, but I don’t have all the details yet?

No problem, you can send them later. Have in mind that my turnaround time is always of several weeks, so you can place your order, so I can save a spot for you on my schedule, and send all the details later. 

Do you send editable files so we can make changes on the save the dates or wedding invitations if the details of the wedding change after you send the final files?

I don’t usually send editable files, but I'm always open to making changes to the save date and invitations if something changes after I send the final files.

Do the portraits come printed?

The portraits come digital for you to print them by yourself. If you want me to print them for you, you should order any of the printed options you can find in PRINTS & MORE along with your portrait. 

Can I choose the outfits and color background?

The portraits are totally customizable, so you can choose the clothing and other details like jewelry, watches, etc. I usually choose the color background that matches better with the colors of the portrait, but feel free to suggest a color :) 

Where do you print the portraits?

I print your portraits in a worldwide provider with centers all over the world, so wherever you are your print will be printed close to you saving time and CO₂  emissions. You can know more about this in the PRINT GUIDE.

What is the best size to print the portraits?

It depends on where you want to hang your portrait and how many people are in the portrait. If there’s a lot of people and you print it in the smaller size, you will hardly see the details. You can get an idea of the sizes in the PRINT GUIDE.

You did a portrait for me, but I had a new baby and I want to incorporate it in the portrait, should I order a new portrait?

If you want to add a new member of the family to the portrait and you agree me to use your previous portrait as it is, without making any changes, it’s not necessary you order a new portrait, you can order a FAMILY UPGRADE.
