This item is an extra to upgrade the regular portrait you are ordering, so you should order it along with a custom portrait. If you order it, you'll receive the portrait with a costume attire.
But if you want a regular portrait and another one with costumes, so two different portraits, this is not the item you should order. You have to add to order the item EXTRA OUTFIT.
